Nordstrom Rack Coming to Woodmore Towne Centre

The Woodmore Towne Centre site will be the first Nordstrom Rack in Prince George's County, developers say.

Glenarden, Md. – Construction of Prince George’s County’s first Nordstrom Rack store was announced Friday as part the Woodmore Towne Centre development in Glenarden.

Petrie Richardson Ventures and Prudential Real Estate Investors, the owner-developers of the 140-acre, 700,000-square-foot mixed-use development announced the purchase of a five-acre parcel from DR Horton for the store site. A groundbreaking event is scheduled for later this year.

As part of the centre’s second phase of development, the site will include a 30,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack clothing store and 29,000 square feet of retail and restaurants that will be announced later in 2016.
