PG County Police Investigating Pair Of Gun Deaths

UPDATE 4:05 p.m.: Police have announced the arrests of two suspects -- 44-year-old Dorian Ragland of Fredericksburg, Va., and 29 year-old Christopher Foxworth of Stafford, Va. -- in connection with the shooting of Baldwin.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD -- Two men were found shot to death in separate incidents in Prince George's County this week, police say.

Police found 29-year-old Thomas Baldwin of Fredericksburg, Va. with a gunshot wound in the backyard of a home in the 5700 block of Lundy Drive in Lanham on Jan. 8 at around 7:15 a.m., according to a report from the Prince George's County Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Jan. 9 at around 8:20 a.m., police found 26-year-old Regis Payne of D.C. dead of a gunshot wound in the 5900 block of Baltic Avenue in Capitol Heights, according to another report.

Police are offering $25,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment in either case.
