Security Guard Fatally Shoots Man During Fight Inside Adult Lounge
Police are investigating the fatal shooting of a patron at an adult lounge Monday night that happened during a fight.
FAIRMOUNT HEIGHTS, MD — An armed private security guard fatally shot a patron inside an adult establishment late Monday night.
The incident happened Dec. 8 around 11:50 p.m. Prince George's police officers were called to the business located in the 5300 block of Sheriff Road called Ebony Inn. They found 50-year-old Donald Wayne Hunt of Waldorf inside the building with gunshot wounds. He died at the scene, police said.
The preliminary investigation suggests Hunt was involved in a fight involving other patrons. The security guard was alerted to the fight and while "interacting with the group of patrons, the security guard discharged his weapon," killing Hunt. A second gun that didn't belong to the security guard was recovered at the scene, police reported.
