Where To See Santa In Bowie Area This Christmas Season

BOWIE, MD — Visits and pictures with Santa are treasured traditions for many Prince George's County families. For them, there’s nothing quite like seeing jolly old St. Nick live and in person.

In the Bowie area, kids have several chances:

• Breakfast with Santa will be Dec. 14 at the Seat Pleasant Activity Center.
• Gaylord National will offer photos with Santa at The Christmas Village.
• Upper Marlboro will host a tree lighting and holiday event Dec. 7.
• The Mall at Prince George's will offer photos with Santa by reservation.
• Towne Centre Laurel will be hosting a tree lighting with Santa Nov. 18 at 6 p.m.
• Santa arrived at Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s Santa’s Wonderland and will hold court through Christmas Eve. Reservations are encouraged.
• JC Penney stores are offering professional portraits with Santa through Dec. 18.
• Pop-up Black Santa Photoshoots will be held Dec. 7 in Upper Marlboro and Dec. 15 in Oxon Hill.
