Your Child Has Been Accepted To College, Now What?

Getting accepted into college is only the first part of the process. A free seminar can introduce Bowie area families to the next steps.

BOWIE, MD. — Congratulations, your child has been accepted in college! But...now what?

Prince George's County Public Schools is ready to help answer that question with a free seminar for high-school seniors and parents on Tuesday, April 4 at 6 p.m. at Bowie High School.

The seminar aims to answer questions about many elements of the college entrance process, including:

  • Reviewing the required curriculum for your chosen major and planning your course load;
  • Communicating with professors and professionals;
  • Tuition payment plans;
