Are residents from 21409 "Annapolitans"?

Guest columnist Nick Berry begins his column with the statement, "Some people say they are from Annapolis but they really aren’t." 

But there are of course folks who hail from 21409—an area of Broadneck separated by Annapolis by water, but not by name—who may take issue with the statement.
