As Lentz parked in front of his house, one of the teens on a scooter broke the side-view mirror on Lentz's truck, police said.
He then chased the brothers down to a nearby pier, ripped the helmet off of one individual, and struck him with the helmet. After the suspect assaulted the youth, police said Lentz walked away with the victim’s helmet.
