Dozens of steeds, knights and maids will gallop down lanes for glory and honor at the 16th annual St. Margaret's Episcopal Church jousting tournament.
The annual event is set to kick off this year on July 13 at the church, located at 1601 Pleasant Plains Road in Broadneck.
This is the 16th year since the local church started hosting a jousting tournament. There will not be a craft fair this year, which has been a traditional counterpart for the tournament since it began. Instead, the church's Guild and Brotherhood of St. Margaret's chapter will be offering food for participants and fans, according to the church's website.
