1 Dead, 1 Critically Injured In Catonsville House Fire
Baltimore County fire crews responded to the 400 block of Westshire Drive on Saturday morning to find a home engulfed in flames.
CATONSVILLE, MD — One person is dead and another critically injured following a house fire in Catonsville on Saturday morning, officials said.
According to the Baltimore County Fire Department, crews responded to the 400 block of Westshire Drive at 7:15 a.m. for reports of a house fire. Photos of the blaze shared with CBS Baltimore showed the home completely engulfed in heavy flames.
Crews brought the fire under control by 7:45 a.m., officials said.

A cat and dog were also injured in the blaze, according to the fire department. Officials did not release the names of the victims.
The cause remains under investigation.
