- Last week, a Baltimore County 911 dispatcher and his fiancé were charged with rape and other sexual offenses against foster children as young as six years old. According to police, Francis Conda, 34, and Christopher Prunty, 31, allegedly assaulted a 15 year old, two 14 year olds, a 13 year old, a 10 year old, and a 6 year old. (Fox Baltimore News)
