  1. William Mints, of Catonsville, has been charged with first-degree assault in the shooting of a man in Windsor Mill over the weekend. Police say officers found 61-year-old Mints and a man in his 20s who had been shot on Saturday, Jun. 25, in the 7500 block of Windsor Mill Road. The circumstances are still unclear, but the man was hospitalized with a non-life-threatening injury and Mints was treated at the scene for minor injuries. Mints is being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center without bond. (CBS Baltimore)
