- On Jul. 3, Baltimore County Fire contained a townhouse fire at the 100 block of Nunnery Lane in Catonsville. According to officials, one person escaped the fire with unknown injuries. The fire was extinguished, but as of Jul. 4 no further updates have been given. (WMAR 2 News)
- On Jul. 13, Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum, located at 300 Oella Avenue in Catonsville, will host a free "Firefly Lantern Making" event. Participants will learn about 18th century lanterns and make their own lantern. (Catonsville Patch)
