Chamber of Commerce Seeks Nominations for Business Awards

The is now accepting nominations for the 2011 business awards.

The annual event, which will be held on Oct. 12 at the Rolling Road Country Club, is where businesses making an impact in the community are recognized.

Businesses can nominate themselves or another chamber member for the awards. The deadline is Sept. 1.

Award winners will be chosen in the following categories: entrepreneur, innovative technology, revitalization, people's choice, president's award and businessperson of the year.

New this year is the people's choice award, which will be chosen from nominees from the community. People can nominate their favorite business on the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce website or the We Love Catonsville Facebook page.
