Crime Roundup: Armed Robbery and Several Burglaries

The following are summaries of incidents reported in Precinct One/Wilkens in Baltimore County.
Armed robbery: On Wednesday Nov. 9 between 8:50 p.m. and 9:24 p.m., police were called to the 600 block of Aldershot Road. According to the police report, the victim said he was robbed by someone he knew who stole his cell phone and his wallet. The person robbing him implied that he had a weapon. A warrant has been issued for the suspect.
First-degree burglary: Sometime on between Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 5 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m., someone broke into a home on the unit block of Cedarwood Road. According to the police report, the suspect broke into the home through a side door by breaking the glass in the door frame. Once inside they stole several items of jewelry from an upstairs bedroom.

First-degree burglary: Sometime between Wednesday, Nov. 9 at 6:45 a.m. and 11:25 p.m., someone broke into another home on the unit block of Cedarwood Road. According to the police report, the suspect came in through an unlocked kitchen window. Once inside, the suspect stole a 22-inch television, two laptops and a backpack.
Second-degree burglary: On Thursday, Nov. 10 between 5:32 a.m. and 5:37 a.m., someone broke into the County Jewelry, located at 5623 Baltimore National Pike. According to the police report, police responded to the scene but did not find any suspects. Video surveillance footage showed a white car pull up to the businesses and then two suspects got out and pried the door open. Once inside they smashed a display case and removed eight televisions, three flutes, one violin and one saxophone.

Fourth-degree sexual assault: On Thursday at 2:20 p.m., police responded to an incident on a school bus at Edmondson Avenue and Malbrook Road. A female juvenile told police that the male juvenile suspect touched her inappropriately on the bus. The suspect admitted to police that he did it.
First-degree burglary: Sometime on Friday, Nov. 11 between 12:45 p.m. and 2:45 p.m., someone broke into a home on the 200 block of Kenwood Avenue. According to the police report, the suspect entered the home through a rear window. They also broke another window and screen once inside. The suspect ransacked the upstairs but it was unclear if anything was taken.
First-degree assault/domestic abuse: On Sunday at 9:25 a.m., police were called to the unit block of Fusting Avenue for a suspected domestic abuse. According to the police report, the suspect arrived to the victim's home and kicked in the front door. The suspect attacked the victim, yelling at the victim for moving out of their home. The suspect punched the victim, slapped her in the face and attempted to strangle her. The suspect then left the location.
