Crime Roundup: Suspect Robs Bank Tuesday

The following arrest information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Last Monday morning at 1:10 a.m., someone walked up to a person standing outside Royal Farms on the 4000 block of Wilkens Avenue. According to the police report, the suspect approached the victim, displayed a handgun and grabbed the victim's iPod out of his hands. The suspect then ran away toward Leeds Avenue.

On Tuesday at 11:15 a.m., someone walked into the Provident Bank, located at 4656 Wilkens Avenue, and handed the teller a note. According to the police report, the suspect demanded cash and would start shooting if denied. Police described the suspect as a black man, roughly 5 feet inches tall, wearing gray sweats and a red and blue hooded sweatshirt.

On Wednesday between 5 a.m. and 7:05 p.m., someone stole a 42-inch Samsung television and a Nikon camera from a house on the 600 block of Longview Drive. According to the police report, several doors in the house were unlocked when the victim came home, but there were no signs of forced entry.
