Here are the top three stories today in Catonsville:

  1. On Monday evening, Jun. 13 around 9:50 p.m., 32-year-old Ashley Clark and her child were struck by a 2012 Ford Fusion while they were crossing Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville. Clark died in the hospital and her child suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries. Police are investigating the crash. (WMAR 2 News)
  2. The 818 Market in Catonsville is listed for sale again. The asking price is $6.5 million for the building, its liquor license, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. (The Business Journals)
  3. Opie's in Catonsville, known for snowballs and snowcream, is testing a new flavor for the first time this summer. Opie's is topping Baltimore’s favorite snowball, a classic egg custard with marshmallow and a sprinkle of Old Bay, Baltimore’s favorite spice. (Baltimore Magazine)
