A local resident reached out to us on Facebook asking the community for help. Luann and her husband found this dog early Thursday morning wandering in their backyard on Winters Lane in Catonsville, just down from Edmondson Ave.

She is a very pleasant dog wearing a blue harness, but no collar or tags.
