Here are the top three stories in Catonsville today:
- Baltimore County police arrested 43-year-old Keith Savage, a foster parent, in nearby Reisterstown for allegedly abusing a 16-year-old boy who was in Savage's care. Savage has numerous severe charges against him but is on home detention. There are at least two other potential victims, according to the investigation. Police continue to look for any other victims and anyone with information is asked to call the Baltimore County police Crimes Against Children Unit at (410) 887-7720. (WBAL TV)
- Part five of "Picturing Maryland: A Photo Everyday in 2022," a Baltimore Sun photography project, was released on Oct. 17. Catonsville kids, 12-year-old Axel-Levi Edoukou and 9-year-old Owen Weber, were featured playing goblet drums at the "Talking Drum" class at Baltimore County Arts Guild Clubhouse, which is sponsored by Catonsville Women's Giving Circle.
