- Many residents of Catonsville are struggling to feed their families due to inflation. Merrill Griffin, pastor of Soul Harvest Church and Ministries in Catonsville, said the increase of people getting food form the Maryland Food Bank is "overwhelming" and the church is starting shifts to help distribute the food. He continued, "people who are gainfully employed are struggling just to buy groceries." Vivian Watson, a volunteer from the Grace African Methodist Episcopal Church in Catonsville, said about the increase, "It's really double. We've had as many as 50 families a day." (WBAL TV Baltimore)
- Berkadia arranged the $32 million recapitalization of Melvin Park Apartments in Catonsville. The 263-unit apartment community, located at 351 Suter Road, now has a ten-year loan with seven years of interest. (Connect CRE)
