  1. Catonsville diner Duesenberg's American Cafe and Grill, a Catonsville dining staple at 10 Mellor Avenue, will become Doozy's. The new Doozy's will have bright, 70's inspired decor and a menu which pays homage to Duesenberg's and American Southwest cuisine. The new restaurant is expected to open in early September.   2. Public school students and parents in Catonsville should be aware of changes to vaccination requirements. Maryland public school systems will not require students to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of enrollment in the fall.
