- A new study could assess possible routes to connect the Jones Falls Trail in Baltimore City with the Northern Central Railroad Trail in Baltimore County. If the Baltimore County Council funds the study, there could be a protected route for hikers and bikers from the Inner Harbor into Pennsylvania. (Subscription: Baltimore Sun)
