  1. According to the National Weather Service, there will be heavy rain and clouds in the Baltimore region for the next couple of days as the remnants of Hurricane Ian move north. The NWS also said winds in the Baltimore area could reach more than 30 mph. (Subscription: Baltimore Sun)
  2. A video taken on Sep. 28, shows Pastor Charles Neal's 15-year-old niece holding a bat to protect herself from the bullies who have been harassing her for an entire year. An emotional forum hosted by the Baltimore County Parent Student Coalition discussed the ongoing issues with violence in Baltimore County Public Schools. "This sort of madness has to stop," Neal said. (Fox 45 Baltimore)
  3. Baltimore County park manager Michael Browning, 71, is accused of sexually abusing another park employee for months after their consensual relationship ended. He is facing multiple charges, including seven counts of rape and assault, and is being held at Baltimore County Detention Center in Towson. (Fox 45 Baltimore)
