This Weekend in Catonsville: Drink For a Good Cause, History, Gospel
Here's our pick of what's going on around town this weekend.

The weekend is almost here and there's lots to do in town, if you aren't already booked for Christmas shopping or getting a Christmas tree. We found some events to get you in the holiday spirit.
1. : The third annual bar crawl hits up multiple Frederick Road drinking establishments all for a good cause: Catonsville High School's stadium renovation project. For $20 you get a shirt and discounts at participating bars. Registration is at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 at the .
2. at : Homemade crafts, Mount De Sales spirtwear and other items for sales will be available at this festive spaghetti dinner. Plan to be there from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4.Â

3. perform on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. This concert is guaranteed to lift you up for the holiday season. The UMBC Department of Music presents the Jubilee Singers in a program of Gospel music (followed immediately by the UMBC Gospel Choir) under the direction of Janice Jackson. Admission is free but a donation is suggested. The concert will be at the Fine Arts Recital Hall
4. : Stop by 1824 Frederick Road on Saturday or Sunday, Dec. 3 and 4 from 1-5 p.m. Tour the headquarters of the Catonsville Historical Society and enjoy rooms decorated by community groups with the theme "Candy Cane Lane." See the vintage train garden and other displays. Santa will be on hand from 1 to 3 p.m. (bring your camera!) and the Salem Brass will play holiday favorites from 2 to 4 p.m. You can also see an amazing collection of Christmas ornaments from .
