Zoning Hearing for First District Properties Set
Hearing is 7 p.m. Tuesday night at Lansdowne High School.
A re-zoning process that happens once every four years in Baltimore County will enter the public phase next week, with 39 zoning change requests up for citizen scrutiny.
A Tuesday night public meeting will cover properties where zoning changes have been requested in Baltimore County's First District.
Requests for zoning changes that were completed in the fall have undergone review by the county planning staff. Now, public hearings will be held in each council district during March, according to Dennis Wertz, community planner for the First District.
