Suspicious Man Seen Outside Bank of America

Police encourage witnesses with information to contact them

Police are on the lookout for a suspicious man who has been seen loitering downtown for the last few weeks, particularly around Cornerstone, Bentley's and Bank of America.

According to reports, the man, who police have identified only as "Mr. Sibert," has been seen watching customers from across Baltimore Avenue as they use the Bank of America ATM. If the customer fails to complete their transaction prior to leaving the ATM, Sibert approaches the ATM, takes the customer's ATM card and leaves, or continues with the transaction.

Patch is awaiting further clarification on the details from the police.
