Columbia Man Attacked by Dogs on Bahamas Beach
The attack was reportedly the second one within days of each other on Harbour Island in the Bahamas.

One Columbia man's Bahamas vacation went awry when he was attacked by a pack of dogs while visiting Pink Sands Beach on Harbour Island, according to the Tribune News Network, a Bahamas news source.
Chad Houck, a business owner from Columbia, told the Tribune that he and his wife were walking on the beach earlier this month when they were approached by what seemed to be four docile dogs, the Tribune reported.

That's when the dogs started to attack Houck, an ordeal that eventually left him with six teeth marks that required stitches, according to the report.
It was the second attack by dogs on the beach in a matter of days, the paper said. The story noted police had discovered the dogs belonged to a couple who owned a vacation home in the area and had charged the couple in response to the allegations.

Houck, a principal at the Columbia-based Search Group, said in an email to Patch that the rest of his vacation was OK.
"However I couldn't go in the water because of the stitches," wrote Houck. "I just got the stitches out yesterday and hopefully everything will heal okay."
