Eggspectations Opening In Columbia Pushed To Early 2025
Eggspectations originally planned to open its Columbia location the summer of 2024, but now plans to open sometime in early 2025.

COLUMBIA, MD — Eggspectation, an international eatery with a brunch concept, has bumped its opening date in Columbia at the Merriweather District to sometime in early 2025 after original plans pegged a summer 2024 date.
The new 5,600-square-foot eggspectation restaurant in Columbia will offer a menu brimming with breakfast and brunch classics like omelets and pancakes to crepes along with comfort foods like gourmet burgers, pastas, seafood, salads, tacos, steaks and more. Vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options will be available. There also will be outdoor patio seating.
