HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The high school class of 2020 baseball players in Howard County will be recognized Tuesday at 6 p.m. at a special "senior night" game. The seniors missed their last season of high school baseball due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“For many of our student athletes celebrating your last season as a graduating senior is a milestone moment,” said Howard County Executive Calvin Ball. “Our recreation and parks team has put together a wonderful and safe three-day event to celebrate and congratulate these players, coaches, and their families on their accomplishments.”
Players will be recognized at 6 p.m. and the game begins at 7 p.m. at Blandair Park, East Area, 5749 Oakland Mills Road, Columbia.
