River Hill Stormwater Management Project Announced

From Howard County Public Works: A Howard County construction project to improve a stormwater management detention pond in the vicinity of Golden Star Place and South Wind Circle in the Village of River Hill in Columbia, is expected to begin on or about Monday, February 20. The pond will be cleared of sediment and failing outfall pipes will be replaced. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late May.

The project is not expected to impact the flow of traffic; however, signs will be posted near the project site to advise motorists and pedestrians of the construction.
