Howard County Native Beau Brade Signs With Baltimore Ravens After 2024 Draft
Howard County native Beau Brade has signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent. The safety played for River Hill H.S.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Safety Beau Brade who played at River Hill High School has signed as an undrafted free agent with the Baltimore Ravens.
The senior at the University of Maryland was ranked by ESPN as the fifth safety in the draft.
"I always dreamt of playing in college, and to the next level, the NFL. Originally, I wanted to be a running back, but you know I like DB (defensive back) better," Brade told WMAR.

In his last two years at the University of Maryland, Brade led the team in total tackles. He played varsity as a freshman in high school, earning an array of honors.
According to the University of Maryland, Brade stands 6'1 and weighs 210 pounds. The Clarksville native is majoring in management and was chosen team captain for the 2023 season. He also earned Honorable Mention All-Big Ten in the 2023 and 2022 seasons.

The son of Ron and Angela, Brade's bio on the school website says his father played football at Virginia Tech and his biggest sports thrill was watching the Baltimore Ravens win Super Bowl XLVII. His favorite pregame meal is a cheeseburger.
