Video of the suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of a teen at The Mall In Columbia has been released by the HCPD. Do you recognize him?

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Police have released images of the suspected shooter wanted in the July 27 fatal shooting of a teenager at The Mall in Columbia.
The reward for information in the shooting also has increased to $7,500.
Detectives have been reviewing hundreds of hours of footage from the mall’s camera system and have identified images that could help identify the suspect, the police department stated. The shooter was wearing a dark mask over his face and a hooded sweatshirt over his head, so initial images showed no distinguishing features. But additional review of the surveillance system revealed some video that may be useful, the Howard County Police Department stated.

Police believe the shooting specifically targeted the victim, 17-year-old Angelo Little. The shooter is seen in the video footage at a table in the food court with his head down until Little walks toward the bathroom hallway. The shooter gets up from the table and follows Little. He waits for Little to leave the bathroom then fires one fatal shot from behind and runs through a back door, the police department stated. The shooting happened around 6:10 p.m.
Little was pronounced dead at the scene. Responding officers found a gun on him and investigators determined that Little also was the victim in a shooting in April 2023 in which he was injured. No arrest was made in that case and it is unknown whether the two incidents are related, the police department reported.

Little was a student at the Homewood School in Ellicott City.
The shooter has been described by witnesses as a male in his teens or 20s, small stature, wearing all dark clothing and a hooded sweatshirt, his face partially covered with a dark mask.
Police are asking anyone who lives around the area of the mall to check their doorbell camera footage from July 27 to determine if there are images captured there that could help with the investigation.
Police are offering an increased reward of up to $7,500. Anyone with information should contact police at 410-313-STOP. The video can be seen on the HCPD website.
