Missing Laurel Man Found Safe In Nearby Town
A Laurel man reported missing Wednesday was found Friday in a nearby town, Howard County Police said.
HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A 54-year-old man Laurel missing since Oct. 30 has been found, police say.
Fernando Lara Aldana left his home on foot, which is located in the 9400 block of Mayflower Court, and was headed into Laurel around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday. He was last seen around 10:30 p.m. near T. Howard Duckett Park where police found his cell phone Oct. 31.
Howard County Police used drones and other tools to track Aldana but couldn't find him, the department said. Police were concerned about Aldana's well being because of memory-related medical conditions.
