CLARKSVILLE, MD — The River Hill Community Association invites Howard County residents to participate in an upcoming pet photo costume contest.
From spooky Halloween costumes to clever, themed ensembles, all pets who reside in Howard County can compete. Just submit a photo of costumed pets for a chance to win prizes and bragging rights.
