More than 100 people participated in a Zumba course with internationally known instructor Maria Browning.
Motivation is often a big obstacle for people trying to get in shape, but Columbia Association Zumba dancers at got a boost recently from an internationally renowned Zumba instructor.
Maria Browning, who has toured around the world with Zumba creator Beto Perez, worked out with dancers for 90 minutes earlier this month at the in Clarksville, according to the Columbia Association blog.
