Reward Increased To $15K For Information In Man's 2022 Shooting Death Along Trail

HCPD has increased the reward to $15K for information in the shooting death of Zavian Hagins, 21, while he was walking on a trail.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — The county police department has increased the reward to $15,000 for information in the fatal shooting of Zavian Hagins, 21, three years ago in Columbia.

Hagins was shot while walking along a footpath near the 5200 block of Eliots Oak Road Jan. 19, 2022. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition and died 12 days later, according to the Howard County Police Department.
