School-Run Plant Sale Now Through May 14 Benefits FFA, Student Training Program

The Howard County Public School System's annual greenhouse plant sale is running now through May 14 with patio pots, veggies, herbs.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Now through May 14, green thumbs can swing by the greenhouse plant sale located at the Howard County Public School System's applications and research lab.

Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, patio pots and hanging baskets will be available for purchase via cash or check. Plant varieties are grown entirely by HCPSS special needs high school students as part of their vocational training.

All proceeds from the sale will go to the Howard County Future Farmers of America and HCPSS’ Student Employment Training Programs.

The lab is located 10920 Clarksville Pike in Ellicott City.
