String of Columbia Robberies Possibly Related: Howard County Crime Roundup

The following information was supplied by the Howard County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Columbia: Robbery

Shortly before 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, three unknown suspects approached a victim exiting his vehicle near the 10600 block of Green Mountain Circle, displayed a gun and demanded valuables. The victim complied and the suspects fled. Police said they are investigating the incident as related to the two incidents below.

Shortly after 8 p.m. on Oct. 18, three unknown suspects approached a victim exiting his vehicle near the 10500 Faulkner Ridge Circle, displayed a gun and demanded valuables. The victim complied and the suspects fled with a cell phone, keys and wallet. Police said they are investigating the incident as related to the incident above.

Columbia: Robbery

Shortly before 9 p.m. on Oct. 18, three unknown suspects approached a victim exiting his vehicle near the 5500 block of Sterrett Place, displayed a gun and demanded valuables. The victim complied and the suspects fled with a cell phone and keys. Police said they are investigating the incident as related to the two incidents above.

Elkridge: Robbery

Shortly before 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, an unknown suspect approached a victim on the 6200 block of Sandrise Court, displayed a gun and demanded valuables. The victim complied and the suspect with with a wallet and cell phone.

Columbia: Catburglary

Shortly after 2 a.m. on Oct. 19, an unknown suspect entered a residence on the 5600 block of Lightspun Lane. A resident woke and discovered the suspect, who then fled.

Columbia: Vehicle Theft

Shortly before 8 a.m. on Oct. 18, a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen from a residence on the 5900 block of Woodcutter Way.

Elkridge: Vehicle Theft

At 1 p.m. on Oct. 18, a trailer was stolen from a residence on the 6600 block of Business Parkway.
