The holidays are here and Santa will be making an appearance (or two) in town. Here's where to see jolly ol' St. Nick in December.
COLUMBIA, MD — Visits and pictures with Santa Claus are treasured traditions for many Howard County families.
Across Howard County, kids have several chances to see jolly old St. Nick in person.

- Dec. 13 - Frozen Fest With a Visit From Santa
- Dec. 13 - Lisbon Christmas Parade
- Dec. 13-14 - Santa at Savage Mill
- Dec. 14 - Breakfast with Santa
- Dec. 17, Dec. 20 - Visit with Santa at Ellicott City fire station
- Dec. 19 - Climbing With Santa
- Dec. 20-21 - Santa at Savage Mill
- now through Jan.3 - Merriweather Symphony of Lights
Santa also is holding court at The Mall in Columbia. Walk-ups are welcome but reservations are available. There will be a special pet night with Santa on Dec. 15-16, too.
