Woman Attacked, Wallet Stolen By Group Of Females: Howard Co. Police

A woman reported being attacked and her wallet stolen by a group of females in Columbia. She was taken to the hospital with injuries.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A woman reported being assaulted by several other females the afternoon of Feb. 22. Her wallet was stolen and the woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to police.

The incident happened Feb. 22 around 1:50 p.m. in the 5400 block of Harpers Farm Road in Columbia.

A resident living along the 2600 block of Toby Lane in Ellicott City reported someone broke into their home Feb. 21 between 1:30 and 2:45 p.m. The suspect entered by breaking open a door and then stole jewelry.

On Feb. 22, a suspect broke open a door to a home located in the 10400 block of Scaggsville Road in Laurel between 10:45 a.m. and 3:05 p.m. The suspect also stole jewelry.

That same day between 8:30 and 9:15 p.m., someone broke into a home in the 5300 block of Aerie Court in Clarksville through a window and stole jewelry.

In the overnight hours of Feb. 24-25, a suspect broke into the Palace Wine and Spirits located in the 8700 block of Centre Park Drive in Columbia by breaking the front glass door and stole cash, cigarettes and alcohol.
