We offer a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing and Qigong. Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where families and individuals can learn, grow, and achieve their goals. We are a blended school of Korean Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Kickboxing and Chinese Qigong.

There will be plenty of kids and baby items on sale Saturday and Sunday as <a href="http://www.thegrowingexchange.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Growing Exchange</a> holds a consignment sale in Gambrills.  The sale will take place on Saturday and Sunday at the Village at Waugh Chapel Community Center.  Consignors will earn 60 percent of proceeds from their items. The public sale will go from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to noon Sunday.
