Community to Hear Final Plans for Summerfield Village
More than 200 townhomes are planned near the Village at Waugh Chapel.
The community will get a chance to see the final plans for more than 200 housing units adjacent to the Village at Waugh Chapel.
Developers next month will present the final plans for Summerfield Village, a townhomes project that will take over six parcels not far from Waugh Chapel Road in Gambrills.
The county has already approved a sketch plan for the project. About 225 residential units are planned.
The community meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on August 13 at the Village Commons Community Center.
