Upcoming Fundraisers in the Crofton Area

Everyday, I come across another charity, youth group or sports team that is holding a fundraiser. 

It's almost impossible to keep track of them all and make sure readers are informed. So I'm going to try a little experiment in which the community shares any fundraising opportunities they come across. 

I will do my best to populate this list, but if you know of others that are missing, add them to our events calendar or announcements page, I will update the story. 

The goal is to keep this article constantly updated with details on new fundraisers and "pinned" to the front page of Crofton Patch. 

To get things started here are a few upcoming fundraisers that I am aware of. 

• Fundraiser at XPress It for Crofton Middle Destination Imagination Teams - May 3, 6 p.m. Proceeds of the evening will help send two teams to the DI global finals in Knoxville, TN.
• Crofton Middle School Trek4Tek 5k race - June 1, 8 a.m. Funds go to support technology at the school. Also, bring some new or gently worn shoes to support Soles4Souls.
• Arundel High Class of 2014 Fundraiser at Panera Bread - May 6, 6-9 p.m. A portion of sales will go to the rising senior class.
• "Tees for Tunes" Golf Tournament - July 1, Crofton Country Club. Proceeds support the Arundel High Instrumental Music Program. 
• "Bravelets" to Support LynneK
