BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — As of Monday, Baltimore County has reached a total of 81,122 positive new COVID-19 cases and 1,864 deaths, according to the Baltimore County Health Department. The state has 592,679 confirmed cases and 11,022 deaths total, reports the Maryland Department of Health.

The following zip codes have the highest confirmed case counts in Baltimore County as of Dec. 6:

• 21234 with 6,667 cases
• 21222 with 5842 cases
• 21228 with 4910 cases
• 21117 with 4840 cases
• 21220 with 4637 cases

The county health department has its own website created to monitor the situation, broken down by new cases per day and other data.

The CDC advises taking several measures to help stop the spread of the virus, including the following:
