3 BCPS Kids On MD Center For School Safety Student Focus Group
Three Baltimore County Public Schools students will serve on the Maryland Center for School Safety's student focus group.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — Three Baltimore County Public Schools students will represent Baltimore County on the Maryland Center for School Safety’s student focus group, including a student from Dundalk High School.
The students who will be serving on the 25-members 2021-2022 focus group are:
- Claire Cabral, a 10th grade student at Hereford High School, and first vice president of Baltimore County Student Councils
- Panagiolis Fafalios, a 12th grade student at Dundalk High School and Sollers Point Technical High School
- Roah Hassan, an 11th grade student at Perry Hall High School
The student focus group was created in partnership with the Maryland Association of Student Councils, to support the center’s Advisory Board.

Almost 100 students applied to serve on the focus group. The selection process included reviewing student applications, essays and character references and a final interview with members of the student focus group selection committee.
