Acquaintance Steals Purse, Car; Teen Assaults Cop; Generators Targeted: Dundalk Crime
The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

From the North Point Police Precinct 12 website, a log of recent crime in Dundalk-Edgemere:
August 2: First-degree assault, Seaside Drive and Dunmanway
At 11:50 a.m., two officers were assaulted while assisting the Anne Arundel County Police with an investigation. The suspect attempted to strike the officers with his vehicle and then fled on foot. Mark Sherman, 26, of the 2500 block of South Snyder Avenue, 21219, was arrested and charged.
July 31: Second-degree assault on police, 100 block of East Avenue
At 12:30 a.m., a 14-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after assaulting an officer who responded for a disturbance at his home.
July 30 to July 31: Fourth-degree burglary, 7100 block of Quad Avenue
Between 6:30 p.m. on July 30 and 12:30 p.m. on July 31, an unknown suspect stole metal plates from Baltimore Galvanizing.
July 28: Armed robbery - gun, 6900 block of Quad Avenue
At 8:15 p.m., the victim was loading dirt bikes into his truck when four suspects approached him. One suspect displayed a gun and demanded the bikes. The suspects ran into the woods and the victim attempted to follow them. The suspect then fired several shots at the victim, but did not strike him. The suspects are four males.
July 28 to July 29: Second-degree burglary, 1900 block of Delvale Avenue
Between 4 p.m. on July 28 and 6 a.m. on July 29, an unknown suspect broke glass to enter Dundalk High School. A generator was taken.
July 28: Fourth-degree burglary, Unit block of North Point Boulevard
At 1:05 a.m., two men were arrested after entering vehicles parked on the Bob Bell Chevrolet lot. Antonio Watson, 34, of the 3000 block of Echodale Avenue, 21214, and Jethro Allen III, 34, of the unit block of South Crescent Street, 21224, were charged.
July 27 to July 29: Second-degree burglary, 4000 block of North Point Road
Between 10 a.m. on July 27 and 11:50 a.m. on July 29, an unknown suspect took two generators from a garage.
July 25: Robbery, 1400 block of Merritt Boulevard
At 9:28 a.m., the suspect approached the victim and asked for a cigarette. When the victim reached into her purse for one, the suspect grabbed her purse and fled. The suspect is a white male, 5'10", with a thin build, black eyes, medium complexion, and short, brown hair.
July 24 to July 26: Second-degree burglary, 2600 block of Yorkway
Between noon on July 24 and 7:30 a.m. on July 26, an unknown suspect took construction material from a garage.
July 24: Robbery, 3100 block of North Point Road
At 11:30 p.m., a woman went to visit a friend. While at the home, an acquaintance assaulted her and took her purse and her 2006 Nissan Murano.
