BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Reopens After Lightning Strike
Flight operations are expected to resume soon but some runways may remain closed, according to airport officials.

Flight operations at Baltimore Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport are expected to resume late Thursday afternoon.
The airport was closed for over an hour after lightning struck the control tower.
The airport reported on its Twitter account thatΒ flights should resume soonΒ but that some runways could remain closed.
