Dundalk 4th Of July Schedule: Parade, 6K, Fireworks

DUNDALK, MD - The Dundalk 4th of July festivities started bright and early at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 4.
The theme for the 2017 parade is "Dundalk - Our Patriotic Town."
Hosted by the Dundalk Heritage Fair Association, the parade started at Logan Village Shopping Center. See the route below.

Among those participating is Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, whose schedule Tuesday includes Dundalk, River Hill, Towson and Annapolis parades.

- Dundalk Avenue to Belclare Road
- Belclare Road east to Liberty Parkway
- Liberty Parkway north to Dunglow
- Dunglow west to Dunmanway
- Dunmanway north to Shipping Place
- Shipping Place east to Shipway
- Shipway north to Admiral Boulevard
- Admiral Boulevard south to Liberty Parkway
- Liberty Parkway south to Dunmanway
Before the parade, the Dundalk Heritage 6K started at CCBC Dundalk at 7 a.m. The 3.72-mile race ends at Dundalk Middle School.
Fireworks will start at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, at North Point Government Center/Grange Elementary, 1733 Merritt Boulevard, Dundalk.
The rain date is at dusk on Wednesday, July 5. Check the Dundalk forecast from the National Weather Service.
