No. 1—1 Hospitalized in Crash on Muddy Creek Road
One person suffered serious and life-threatening injuries on Dec. 18 during a car crash on Muddy Creek Road near Crandell Road. When paramedics arrived, they found the driver trapped in the wreckage with very serious injuries.

No. 2—Donations Being Collected for Family Displaced by Harwood Fire
On Dec. 13 in Harwood, the Neal family lost their home to a tragic and unexpected fire. Luckily everyone is OK, but the fire left them with no home, more than $100,000 in damages, and the loss of their daily necessities and many memories.

No. 3—A house fire in Harwood caused an estimated $100,000 in damages on Dec. 13, as approximately 25 firefighters battled the flames. In the days that followed, the surrounding community rallied to help the family recover after the fire destroyed their house.
