Jean Lamborne, 91, of Riva. Died Sunday. Survived by her four sons, two daughters, three brothers, and lots of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Edith V. Fey, 83, of Mayo. Died Sunday. Survived by her daughter, son, aunt, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Fey was very active in the community and served as the commodore of the Mayo Kiwanis Club.
Katherine Matthews, 93, of Edgewater. Died on Sunday. Survived by her daughter, son and several grandchildren. Matthews worked at the Edgewater post office, retiring in 1983, and was a 28-year breast cancer survivor. She enjoyed quilting, gardening and collecting plates.

Cecil Moran, 81, of Edgewater. Died Nov. 27. Survived by three cousins. Moran was an avid history buff and fan of world politics. He had a 30-year career with United Airlines and was Korean War veteran.
Carroll W. Hardesty, 81, of Edgewater. Died Nov. 23. Survived by his four sons, two siblings, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Hardesty was a skilled carpenter and enjoyed crabbing, boating and spending time with family.
Sam T. Wood, 79, of Riva. Died Nov. 20. Survived by his wife, four children, five siblings and four grandchildren. Wood, one of 9 children, worked in real estate development and was actively involved in the Elks Club. He enjoyed fishing, traveling and working with heavy equipment.
E. Gordon Hamilton, 78, of Edgewater. Died on Nov. 19. Survived by his wife, three children and several grandchildren. Hamilton work as an insurance account executive and enjoyed boating.
Rachel C. Bailey, 50, of Edgewater. Died Nov. 11. Survived by her husband, son, daughter and grandsons. Bailey served in the U.S. Army and enjoyed spending time with her grandsons and “living life to the fullest.”
