Willie Miller died July 21.

Hazel E. Kenny, 88 of Riva died on July 21. Hazel worked as a legal secretary for William A. Franch. Hazel enjoyed spending time at the South County Senior Center.

Marissa Felizardo died July 18.

Kyle T. O’Connor, 26, a lifelong resident of Davidsonville, died suddenly on July 17. Kyle was the younger of twins. His brother, Ryan, was born only 4 minutes earlier on November 9. Kyle was a 2004 graduate of South River High School, then went on to take college courses at both Anne Arundel Community College and Frostburg State University. Kyle lived by the philosophy “never give up”. He enjoyed playing baseball, football, lacrosse, basketball and soccer, and was an avid Redskins fan. He also had a passion for helping people with disabilities and the elderly.
